Flexibility
Our International FlexiPlan is a highly sophisticated pension product at a competitive price. As a long term investment, the plan is designed to provide you with an income in retirement.
It has been designed so that you the saver as a seafarer can manage your plan to match your current circumstances in the context of your long term savings strategy. For example, you can make regular and/or lump contributions and change the level of these in the future. Should you need to stop making contributions for a period of time or perhaps fund a major life event we can help.

Charges
Notably the International FlexiPlan has transparent plan charges. Many plans carry the burden of the fund managers’ initial fees. Such fees can be up to 5% (if not more) of the monthly investment. Having negotiated significantly reduced entry fees with selected fund managers (typically 0%) members benefit from cost effective entry into these investment funds. Usually these entry levels are only available to larger investors.
In addition we charge an initial fee on your contributions of just 2.5%, which can be particularly significant when investing lump sums, together with an annual maintenance fee of only 1.85%.
Withdrawals are permitted in certain circumstances subject to an early redemption fee of 10% reducing by 0.25% each quarter over the first 5 years of your FlexiPlan membership.
